Characteristics
Product obtained by malting, saccharification and light roasting of specially selected barley.
Role of the malt
Adds a mellow, subtle and pleasant flavour to the beer. Improves the mellowness by providing a light sweet aroma of honey and toast, complemented by singular herbaceous notes of tea or dry grass, depending on the proportions used (5 to 25%)

50 – 60 EBC
