Germany

The strength of tradition
Deeply rooted in local tradition, beer is one of Germany's favorite beverages and its reputation continues to grow throughout the world.
Durst Malz was a family business founded in 1824 in Heidelsheim near Bruchsal. Acquired in 2011 by the Soufflet Group, the German subsidiary has 3 production sites located near the malting barley production basins. Complete control of the production chain, from the field to the malt, guarantees a secure supply of our barley to meet our customers' expectations.
In addition to numerous experiments with new barley varieties in Germany, we have a wide range of malts for local and export customers.
