HR SPI: HR performance indicators
As part of our Lean Management approach, “HR SPI” (Soufflet Performance Indicator) meetings are organised. Deployed on all French sites by the HR department and led by the Site Manager, these quarterly meetings are an opportunity to talk to all employees about their daily lives, the Group’s news and various HR issues.
These include social conditions, absenteeism, recruitment and staff training. These regular meetings highlight areas for optimisation to improve working conditions in the company and the well-being and performance of the teams.
