Characteristics
Product obtained by malting, saccharification and controlled roasting of specially selected barley.
Role of the malt
Adds a mellow, sweet flavour and a subtle, pleasant taste to the beer. Improves the mellowness while providing a milk caramel flavour. Suitable for amber beers with red highlights, depending on the proportions used (5 to 25%).
