Malt obtained by a special germination process that favours disaggregation and specific kilning that reveals the cereal aroma.

Role of the malt
Enhances the cereal flavour while adding sweet notes like honey. Also enhances the golden hue of lagers. Suitable for Pils, Lager, Spring (low-alcohol) beers.
Can be used up to 50% because of its retained diastatic power.
